EVENT WAIVER


ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, RELEASE,

COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AUTHORIZATION

For Participation in the Military Appreciation Bowl National Combine Series,
Signing Day Sports Events, and Related Activities (2026)

By registering for, attending, or participating in any activities, events, showcases, combines, training sessions, camps, evaluations, digital or in-person experiences associated with the Military Appreciation Bowl, Signing Day Sports, Goat Farm Sports, and any related or affiliated events or platforms (collectively, the “Activities”), the undersigned participant (“Participant”) acknowledges, agrees, and understands as follows:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in the Activities involves inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury

  • Serious bodily harm

  • Permanent disability

  • Paralysis

  • Death

  • Property damage or loss

These risks may arise from, without limitation, athletic participation, physical exertion, contact with other participants, use of equipment, facility conditions, weather, travel, transportation, lodging, training drills, evaluations, testing, filming, data collection, or the acts or omissions of other participants or third parties.

Participant voluntarily, knowingly, and freely assumes all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising from or related to participation in the Activities at any location, facility, venue, hotel, training site, digital platform, or virtual environment.

2. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES, SAFETY, AND CONDUCT

Participant agrees to:

  • Comply with all rules, policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and instructions established by event organizers, facilities, and affiliates

  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions

  • Exercise personal responsibility and discipline

  • Immediately discontinue participation and notify event personnel if unsafe or hazardous conditions arise

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER, AND INDEMNIFICATION

On behalf of Participant and Participant’s heirs, parents, guardians, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, Participant hereby fully and irrevocably releases, waives, discharges, indemnifies, and holds harmless:

  • Signing Day Sports

  • Goat Farm Sports

  • Military Appreciation Bowl

  • All event owners, operators, organizers, licensors, and promoters

  • Facilities, venues, hotels, and training sites

  • Technology providers, software platforms, data and analytics partners

  • Media companies, broadcasters, streaming platforms

  • Sponsors, partners, advertisers, and affiliates

  • Subsidiaries, parent companies, successors, and assigns

  • Officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, and representatives

(collectively, the “Released Parties”)

from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind, including attorneys’ fees, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, arising out of or relating to:

  • Participation in the Activities

  • Travel to or from the Activities

  • Use of facilities or equipment

  • Collection, display, storage, or use of athletic data, metrics, rankings, evaluations, video, or analytics

  • Any physical, digital, or virtual component of Signing Day Sports platforms or events

4. COVENANT NOT TO SUE & NON-DISPARAGEMENT

Participant covenants and agrees that they will not commence, initiate, or prosecute any lawsuit, arbitration, administrative claim, or other proceeding against any Released Party for any matter released herein.

Participant further agrees to refrain from making false, misleading, defamatory, or disparaging statements about any Released Party through social media, digital platforms, online forums, or other electronic or public communications arising out of or related to the Activities.

5. VOLUNTARY EXECUTION & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Participant acknowledges and agrees that:

  • This Agreement has been fully read and understood

  • Participant understands the legal rights being waived

  • Participation is entirely voluntary

  • No representations, guarantees, inducements, or coercion have been made

6. COVID-19, COMMUNICABLE DISEASE & HEALTH RISK ADDENDUM

Participant acknowledges that participation in athletic and group activities may increase the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases.

Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks and releases the Released Parties from any claims arising from illness, infection, disability, or death related to communicable diseases, whether occurring before, during, or after participation.

7. NON-EXHAUSTIVE LIST OF RELEASED PARTIES

Released Parties include, without limitation:

  • Signing Day Sports

  • Goat Farm Sports

  • Military Appreciation Bowl

  • The Stadium Network and affiliated media entities

  • SAFR Sports

  • Levelution

  • Nike

  • Blue Star

  • Soldier Sports

  • Dallas Cowboys

  • Visit Frisco

  • Embassy Suites Hotel

  • Frisco Convention Center

  • Transportation providers

  • Restaurants, vendors, and hospitality partners

  • Any other individual or entity providing services to or doing business with Signing Day Sports, Goat Farm Sports, or the Military Appreciation Bowl

PARTICIPANT RELEASE FOR USE OF NAME, LIKENESS, IMAGE, VOICE,

DATA, AND PERFORMANCE

Participant irrevocably grants Signing Day Sports, Goat Farm Sports, and the Military Appreciation Bowl the unrestricted right to use Participant’s:

  • Name

  • Likeness

  • Image

  • Voice

  • Video and photographic content

  • Athletic metrics, testing results, evaluations, rankings, and performance data

for advertising, promotion, recruiting exposure, analytics, content creation, and platform use, in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation or further approval.

Participant agrees that all such content and data shall be the exclusive property of the Released Parties and may be edited, modified, stored, analyzed, displayed, distributed, sublicensed, or otherwise exploited without limitation.

Participant waives:

  • Any right of inspection or approval

  • Any claims related to privacy, publicity, defamation, false endorsement, NIL valuation, or alteration

Participant acknowledges that such content and data may have economic and recruiting value and knowingly waives any claim to ownership or compensation.

8. GOVERNING LAW, SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Activity primarily occurs.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.
